The bowl was forged from a piece
of stainless steel that was 4 ½” w &
1/2” thick. The roots that hold it
were forged from some ¾” x 1”
copper bar and some 1” x ¼” copper
bar. The roots were sprayed with
a brown stain to give them a bit of
luster. Truly a one of a kind piece.
It took quite a while to make.
The bowl was featured in The
Anvil’s Ring, which is a quarterly
publication for Artist Blacksmith
Association of North America.
